Mission Statement
Periodically assess and inform leadership and the larger organization on QSN members’ mentoring needs. To help address those needs through providing support, resources, professional development and networking opportunities centered around mentoring.
Long-term Vision
To allow QSN members find mentors (i.e. group, 1-to-1, peer), provide easy to access resources on successful mentoring and mentor-mentee relationships, and to foster future mentors.
2024 Goals
Survey QSN members on their mentoring needs; in turn informing subcommittee on the direction needed to take for the next steps
Webinar themed on mentorship, show casing successful mentor-mentee relationships
